I found thos trio can help with all kinds of pain relief. I like the cyrp spray for instant relief of those cramping and stabbing pains it's instant and i get relief immediately. I use this on my back and legs.The lotion is great for deeper tissues or chronic pains. I use this for my shoulder (rotator cuff), neck, and back. The relief starts in about 15 minutes and goes deep into the muscle. The his and hers massage oil is really good for rubbing out those kinks and knots in the muscles. I like to massage this in and then use a I've roller to get the knots out. These are all powerful and super effective for pain relief.

I have used the body wash a few times and it’s very good for exfoliating but I don’t use it daily because I don’t exfoliate daily. When I do though I have used the scrub and it leaves skin feel very smooth. What I have used daily and have really enjoyed have been the cream, gummies and protein. All have been great adds to my daily intake for supplements and make me feel recovered and productive!

The spray is fast acting and provides almost immediate relief when applied to your skin. The effects last quite awhile which is great not having to reapply constantly, quickly dries and doesn't leave a sticky feeling. Update: I have the chance to use the recovery mix (sour gummy) which smells like Kool aide and taste great. I went dirt bike riding that afternoon and got back home around 11 pm, during the trip I had crashed toward the end of my ride I started to feel the soreness and muscle strain through my body especially in my hands. I made a batch of this stuff a few minutes after I got home and let me tell you it taste great! I mixed the powder with recommend amount of water it was sweet to much for my liking and I had to add water to dilute the mix. I finished my drink after about 40ish minutes I felt my body just relax the soreness was still present but was hardly noticeable I jumped on my makeshift bed and fell asleep, I felt comfortable and relaxed going to sleep and slept like a baby the whole night. Next morning I woke up and had no soreness on my body a little on my hands and had full range of motion on my joints with no issues i was pleasantly surprised ( I thought the next morning was going to be a rough one). Overall I have had great experience with the CBD spray and recovery mix highly recommend both!

I’ve never used a scrub that’s salt base, always used sugar base and I feel like the salt is probably better. The rainbow scrub smells so good and stay on your skin after a shower or bath. Also the vanilla protein is super delicious, makes me full and energized after a good workout! Highly recommend these products.

It works well and is super easy to apply. I can put this on my entire back without having to contort myself. It kicks in quickly, offering immediate long lasting relief.
